Talk to your Virtual Agent and see its response
You can chat with your Virtual Agent (VA) at any time using the Interaction Panel. It is the primary tool to test and refine your VA. Learn more about the Interaction Panel in our documentation.
#1 Open the Interaction Panel
Navigate to the speech bubble icon at the top-right to open the Interaction Panel.
#2 Say hello to your VA
Enter some text in the input field like "hello!" and click send or press enter. The text is now sent to your Virtual Agent. You'll see its response instantly.
#3 Clear the chat
You can use the "more options" menu (three dots) to clear the chat or you press Ctrl + B.
