Use coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini CLI, VS Code, or Cursor to turn natural-language requirements into working Cognigy AI Agents, while keeping all resources visible and manageable in the Cognigy platform.

• Create AI Agents and resources including Flows, Tools, Knowledge Stores, Endpoints, Job Nodes, and multimodal xApps
• Test agent behavior through REST conversations, simulations, adversarial prompts, and voice go-live checks
• Improve and iterate faster by updating personas, guardrails, knowledge, tools, and flow logic from test findings
• Deploy to voice and chat channels with modern front-end experiences

The Plugin gives coding assistants access to Cognigy capabilities, up-to-date documentation, and CX AI–specific skills and guidance. Organizations can also extend the Plugin with custom tools and skills, or connect internal MCP servers to bring company APIs, systems, and data into the agentic development experience.

Teams can combine the speed and automation of coding agents with the Cognigy UI's visual control, inspection, and cross-functional collaboration – all while working with the same AI Agents and platform resources.
