The consumption of conversations is calculated automatically within the Cognigy.AI product and presented in a single overview dashboard available to users with the global "admin" role. You can find it under “Organisation Details” (Previously “Usage Statistics” in older versions) from the user menu within the platform:
The organization details page shows a time adjustable graph displaying the total conversation volume consumed across the tenant. Data can be viewed on a monthly or annual basis, with specific figures visible via mouse over tooltips on the graph.
As some Private SaaS and On-Premise customers use multi-tenant environments, the total sum of conversations across all tenants must be summed by logging into each tenant as an admin and retrieving the conversation volumes.
