Repeat of Question on Escalation Should be Optional

Hej there!

As of v.4.23.0 it is very odd that the escalation for a mandatory question first executes the new output but then always repeats the question again.

I am not sure in which scenario that is a good behaviour and should instead be toggleable (just like with reprompts).

The current system makes it very hard to have reprompts/escalations with quick replies available for better user guidance.
