Persistent menu presentation/ui

Hello Cognigy,

is there any way to configure/show the webchat persistent menu with the following attributes:

- always visible as a bottom bar on webchat ui

- clickable icons or pictures (buttons) with 'captions text' on hover

- preserving same input message '_postback' functionality on click
