Deploying Cognigy as I-frame

So, I am done with building out my chat using webchat deployment. 

 

Is it possible to deploy my chat to the frontend of my webiste using html i-frame?

    Hi Vincent,

    Please check the recommended method of embedding our chat widget into your web pages.

    Can you explain in a few words why you want to use an iframe for that purpose?

    Hello Anton, 

    Thanks for your quick response and input. Your response was very useful. However, I still have few questions. 

    1. Is it possible to display the webchat on loading the webpage instead of showing the chat icon? 

    2. Is it possible to remove or edit the "Cognigy Webchat" at the top of the chatbox?

    Hi Vincent,

    1. In this code sandbox, I am opening the web chat window immediately after initializing it.
    2. The default title of the chat window can be changed in Endpoint Editor / Webchat Configuration / Webchat Title.
