Chatbot won't start in an incognito window

Is is possible to start WebChat in an incognito browser.  When we try all we get in the WebChat is "Connection lost. Trying to reconnect..."

    Hey Mike,

    I cannot recreate the error. I tested it with Google Chrome Incognito and a demo webchat URL from trial.cognigy.ai.

     

    Do you use a custom VPN tunnel or other network related restrictions?

    Hello Mike, 

    You need to provide more context as to why this is happening. You can also use the browser inspect element and read the 'console' message. This will guide you in troubleshooting.
