How do I get the webchat dialog present a question with 4 buttons when the dialog pops up?

    Hey Mike,

    In order to auto-start the conversation in the webchat, you can use the Start Behavior setting in the Webchat Endpoint configuration:

    Now, the webchat will send a message to Cognigy automatically as soon as the webchat is loaded on the website. Therefore, your Flow could check this and send a Say Node with Quick Replies or a Say Node with Buttons in order to display the 4 buttons:
