How do I make sure that users cannot inject html into their responses in web chat.

Hey Mike,

in order to disable HTML input, one can configure this setting in the webchat widget. Please take a look at this documentation:

https://github.com/Cognigy/WebchatWidget/blob/master/docs/embedding.md

Please search for disableHtmlInput.
